Trio Sessions

Mat Classes

Maximum of twelve clients with one instructor utilizing the Mat and various exercise props.

Tower Classes

Maximum of six clients with one instructor utilizing the Mat and Wall Units.

Reformer Classes

New clients are required to take 3 private sessions to become familiar with equipment set-up and exercises prior to joining class (see our Introductory Package). Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Classes are available, as well as Open Level Classes
